During our work together you’ll feel seen, heard, understood and held in a way you may never have experienced before. We'll work emergently with what's called for in the moment, drawing on Transformational & Somatic Coaching, Embodied Business Strategy, Brand Activation, Sensual Embodiment, Nervous System Regulation, Emotional Release, EFT & Matrix-reimprinting, Inner Child Work. 

Our coaching sessions will be somewhere you can feel safe to be vulnerable.  In our culture vulnerability has become synonymous with weakness, but in fact the exact opposite is true. When you enter the soft edge of your own vulnerability and allow yourself to be truly witnessed in this space, you will uncover your greatest strengths. 

Sessions usually take place bi-weekly and you’ll have access to me in-between to share your insights, challenges and wins.

Tools, resources and practical exercises will be shared with you where appropriate to support the evolution of you and your business.
